Our New Year's eve celebration will start in the Fellowship Hall at 8 PM on December 31. We'll spend time sharing food and fellowship with each other, then begin to praise and worship the Lord Jesus at 11:30 PM. Please bring finger foods to share with each other and games to enjoy. We look forward to having each of you with us.
Home groups and "Life on the Edge" study will meet this week. We look forward to getting back together after Christmas.
Lunch fellowship will be held today after our Worship Service. Please bring a main dish and a salad or a dessert to share with those who join us. We'll be meeting in the Fellowship Hall around 2 PM for a wonderful time of food and conversation!

A big thank you to each of you who helped with food preparations, decorations, served dinner or helped in the kitchen for the Youth Banquet on Thursday evening. The teens had a great time and appreciated all that was done!

Travis Cottrell and the Praise Team will be sharing in worship tonight at Casper Open Bible Church at 6 PM. Admission is free, but an offering will be taken. Travis and the Praise Team shared with us during the Beth Moore Conference this weekend and they have a heart to worship God. If you have the opportunity, join them tonight.

Thursday night will meet from 7-9:30 PM; Friday 7-10 PM; Saturday 9 AM-12 Noon, 1:30-4:30 PM, and 6:30-9:30 PM; Sunday 2:30-4:30 PM and 6-9 PM. Cost is $40/person, $75/couple. The purpose of this seminar is to take us out of the place of hearing only, to being "doers of the Word." We encourage you to attend this seminar with speaker Steve Schultz.

As the Lord leads us deeper into His Presence, a fast is being called for the next week (Monday through Friday). We desire to take time with the Lord and seek His face as He prepares us to move into a deeper relationship with Him. "Lord, prepare our hearts to worship and adore You through this time of fasting." We also request that you read the following Bible passages. Isaiah 43-45, Ephesians, and Romans 1-8.

We had a great time yesterday celebrating Pastor Dave and Beth's 25th Anniversary and the renewal of their vows. A huge thank you to each one who helped with all the things that made it go smoothly and well. We really appreciated your love and encouragement that went with it.

The youth garage sale is planned for next Saturday, August 11, from 8 AM until ???. If you have items you would like to donate, they can be taken to Kathy's home, or you can call Dan to have them picked up. All proceeds from the sale will go to the youth account.

Saturday will involve a Worship Seminar and a round-table discussion at 1 PM, and City of Praise will be sharing their passion for praise and worship with us at 7 PM. We are looking for homes to host the approximately 30 people who will be joining us. If you would like to help in this area, please talk to Michele.
Lunch fellowship will be held next Sunday, July 29, following our Morning Worship. Since the City of Praise team will be with us, please bring a main dish to feed between 10 and 12 people and a salad or dessert to share with those who join us. Our youth group is leaving for Covenant Life Fellowship's "Rock the Planet 2001" conference in Kirksville, Missouri, tomorrow morning. Parents with youth attending should have their kids here at the church by 7 AM, so we can leave shortly after. We plan to return on Saturday, June 23. Please be praying for our kids while they're in Missouri and come prepared to be blessed in the Lord when they return and share with us what the Lord has prepared in their hearts.

Our weekly calendar is changing. On Saturday evenings we'll be meeting at 7 PM and Small Groups will begin meeting on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. We'll be calling each of you to let you know which Small Group you'll be part of. Please be praying as we enter this time of change.
A Valentine's Banquet will be hosted by the youth on Wednesday, February 14. It will begin at 6:30 PM with refreshments and soup, followed up by the main meal and dessert. The cost is $8.50/couple and $5.00/single. If you would like to reserve a place, please let Jennifer know. Child care will be available for those who need it.

Peter and Jill Mehl, of Russian Harvest Mission, will be speaking with us this morning and again at 6 PM. We encourage you to join us during this time. Children's Church will meet next Sunday during our Worship Service in order for the children to join us this morning.
